Im back, for a while at least.

Hey, just wanted you to know that I'm back! Well, until more real work comes up. I just wrapped on a secret project involving cars that turn into robots.  But for now, Im prepping a new song! look for it soon!

I may have to rethink this whole thing...

As you may, or may not have noticed. I have been VERY absent from my blog.  Im going to try and get another song up today, if my computer cooperates.  I've been really busy working lately... which means this quest for glory suffers.  but, Im not going to give up!  I also have been doing some work on my computer so if the new setup works look for a new song in the next 24 hours!

Im Back!

Hey,
Im back! now my loyal fan (s?) wont be without their entertainment. I had to take a week off, because I had some work... actual WORK... it was fun.  I'll let you know more about it later... but, here is whats up for TODAY.  I'll be recording a new song! HoooRAY!

Well, I just finished recording a terrible version of Run to you... I'll put it here ASAP. This is my first electric recording, so its a little different, but the electric I figured fit the song better so... there you go. I noticed that one of my videos on youtube now has ONE STAR. thats great... that means someone liked it enough to give it ONE STAR. They could have just left it blank, and not given any stars, but I GOT ONE STAR!!!

The objective:

I have been asked a few times now why I'm doing this project.  Well, let me tell you.  I'm going to record all of Bryan Adams songs, and send copies of them to him. I'm sure he will be so enamored with my raw talents and incredible sound that he will ask me to tour with him. So I'm going to be sending him letters with samples of my songs at regular intervals (probably about once a week), with the ultimate goal of joining him on a multi-national tour. The list of songs can be found below, or under the post called "the rules" in the archive - Let me know if I missed any.

Have you Ever Loved a Woman?

Im starting to learn the new song.  Have you Ever Loved a Woman.
Bryan sings higher than I think I can sing, that poses a problem, guess I'll be singing in falcetto...
I chose this song because it was the first one to show up in the search (other than the song we must not speak of... YET)  Bryan plays a classical guitar on the song, but I will be playing an acoustic... and I'll be cutting out the solo on this one, since learning it might prove to be outside of my time frame.  Well, wish me luck, I'll have a recording posted in the next 24 hours!

In the Beginning

Re-post - 
Today I begin a journey through the timeless music of Bryan Adams. I was so inspired by Julia and Julia that I wanted to take a leap of faith, following my heart and passion, and record the entirety of Bryan Adams venerable work myself. It will be hard, and it will be painful, and difficult, but I know that its what I am meant to do in this universe. So, Today will mark the fist day of my journey through his works. I am giving myself four days to prepare for the first recording, at which point the 365 days count starts. Wish me luck! Post comments, criticism or creative constructive ideas below.
